Fall is the season I love the most. All of the colors and the weather cool enough for coffee and a sweater in the morning. I had the opportunity to take some photos and showcase not only the changing of the season but a mother and her son. So, without further a do here are Trixie and Adam...

When A Picture Tells The Story..
Sometimes the lines get muddied between what I do for a living and what my passion is. Last night I had the opportunity to combine the two. In a moment of grief, I was able to capture a grandmother and her grandchild that to me tells the entire story. This is life, in all its glory, and sadness....

Michael
Michael...the first of my Great Nephew/Nieces..It was hard for me to look at these and not see my little blond haired guy that was such a part of my life when he was younger. I hope that he always remembers that his Aunt is always in his corner, and loves him as much as I did when he carried multiple "binkies" around and couldn't sleep without ALL of them. A First...

Wedding By the Sea

City Wedding

A sneak peek into the photo shoot celebration that went on in the city yesterday afternoon. Requested by the bride...
Only one small sample of what is to come from not only this old Photographer but my young, up and coming fantastic assistant last night, Lindsay Haslett! She was responsible for discovering some of the most unusual seating arrangements during this session.
Many, many thanks to Phil and Stef for being patient and consenting to go anywhere we asked even if it was various eccentric porches, the middle of the street, or two old chairs in the strip...Thank you for allowing us to attempt to capture this event for you and I hope that we have done you both justice in documenting the emotion of the day, who you two are as a couple as well as the city you found one another in.
So, without further adieu...

Tilt Shift Photo...
Tilt-shift photography refers to the use of camera movements on small- and medium-format cameras, and sometimes specifically refers to the use of tilt for selective focus, often for simulating a miniature scene. Sometimes the term is used when the shallow depth of field is simulated with digital postprocessing; the name may derive from the tilt-shift lens normally required when the effect is produced optically.
